[MMM Parent & Child] ‘Keep Connecting’ series is a space to share a caring, positive, and a loving relationship together.

We all have a house of emotions like, happiness, sadness, anger, fear, calmness, love and...etc. They are like friends coming to visit us when something has happened. It is a great opportunity for your little one to get to know them with you and explore ways to be friends with them.

For us, both parents and children, to be able to identify and separate emotions is the first key to manage our emotions. We will be learning through playing a few tools to befriend with our emtions, to express emotions constructively, to know what to ask others (for support) and to make choice (for feel better).
